Product： Semi auto vertical screen printing machine
Application: This machine is suitable for printing all kinds
of flat materials.
1. Vertical up/down is power-driven by worm gear motor, stable and durable, eliminating pnuematic up/down vibration, left and right printing adopting linear guid rail to adjust speed sychrounously with photoelectric switch to control positioning,so as to ensure fast speed, precise positioning and saving of air pressure.
2.Screen frame is fixed by linear sliding rail,which allows that operator does not need any tool to adjust screen frame conveniently.
3.Safety desgin makes that wrong operation can not start route.Red emergency stop board, automatic rising reset so as to ensure operator's safety,eliminating rejecting rate.
4.Air-pressure type peel-off device in order to adjust the speed and height of printing table.
5.Japanese PLC control which can revise program according client, high automatically program control.
6.Up/down adopts linear guide rail, steady and precise movement.
7.Pnuematic or manual locking board device, more convenient for operation.
