Application:

Wicket dryer is used to dry screen printing ink for screen printing machine made by home and abroad manufacturers, which is based on conclusion and improvement of similar products home and abroad. It’s used for printing ceramic, glass, picture, lottery and packaging and so on.

Adopt chain row to drive paper holder along guide rail horizontally to deliver paper for drying in circulation. The front part of the machine consists of insulation and electrical heating system. Electrical heating system is divided into three zones, the temperature of which can be set separately. It’s equipped with air exhaust device in the upper part, by which exhaust can be discharged. The later part is natural air cooling. The power transport device is equipped with plug-in chain wheel, which allow machine to run automatically or to be in linkage with printing machine (synchronously) through chain wheel. Both sides and bottom of drying channel is installed return air duct. The strong power fan in the upper part can make the hot air that’s generated by stainless steel warped type heating unit circulated automatically, improving drying effect. The section contains pick-up paper unit (customized by user), so that it does not need to be equipped with delivery (bridge) system. Compressor takes more floor space relatively for operation. Auxiliary equipments can be added between printing head and drying machine for no chain is tied up with printing machine.
