1. Up/down printing head is driven by oblique –arm worm gearing (Taiwan) with electromagnetic brake.
2. Printing guide rail is driven by German guide bar, low noise and resistant to friction.
3. It’s equipped with safety protection device, wrong operation making route not started, red emergency stop to ensure operator’s safety and reduce rejecting rate.
4. The switch between scraping and printing is operated through cylinder, allowing even ink.
5. Printing transport is driven by worm gear motor to realize infinitely variable speed.
6. Japanese Panasonic PLC control system and electrical components, precise and high response.
7. Imported printing and pneumatic components have long service life and work steadily.
8. Printing table is made of honeycomb aluminum alloy, the surface of which is specially processed by sticking stainless steel sheet, level and smooth. It’s equipped with suction device to ensure strong suction for printing.
